RYUNIX provides a 12-months warranty period from the Date of Purchase with the following conditions :

Defective or factory defective products can be covered by the warranty.

Damage that is not covered by the warranty is installation errors, accidents, disasters, dismantling the product, and damaged during shipping.

For the warranty claim process, please attach: Warranty Card, Proof of Purchase, and Product Box.

If there is a defect after 12 months, the warranty period is no longer valid, and if possible it can be serviced at a cost, through the Ryunix Service Center
